Sound-Tech Xpress Acoustical Door Systems

 

Using the latest patent pending technology in light weight sound absorbing techniques, Ceco Door has developed acoustical assemblies to be the noise solution for any facility. High STC ratings are typically needed to create sound resistant rooms for the government/military, airports, school band rooms and to isolate performance halls from exterior noise. Relatively lower STC ratings will usually suffice for less demanding applications, such as solving a noise problem in a hotel or office building. Sound-tech Xpress Systems cover the low to high STC range allowing them to be the solution for almost any application.

Sound-Tech Xpress Door Systems include door, frame and approved seal systems with a certified label. The STC 46-54 Systems are over 30% lighter than most sound doors of equal STC rating in the industry allowing standard weight hinges to be used. All products have been successfully tested to the required ASTM standards, including ASTM E90, ASTM E1332-90 and ASTM E413. All Sound-Tech Xpress Doors Systems are in compliance with HMMA 865-03 and SDI 128 specifications. No special kerf frames or cam lift hinges are required and all sound seal equipment is included.
